We dispatch within 36 hours of your purchase daily (weekends and Dutch public holidays not included). After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation. As soon as we are ready to dispatch your purchase, we will send you the shipping details. We ship with PostNL.
Once dispatched, it will take 2-10 days for your parcel to arrive, depending on your country. Parcels to Belgium or Germany usually arrive within 2-3 days, while parcels to Greece or Greenland can take 10 days.

For PostNL parcels you will receive a track & trace code. Please contact PostNL with your tracking number or go to https://www.postnl.nl/en/ and enter the tracking number in the appropriate field.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your shipping address when your parcel has not yet been dispatched to our logistics partners. When the parcel has already left our store, changes on our end are no longer possible.
